"As a teenager, I wanted to become a psychiatrist, as I have always been fascinated by the mind, and the complexity of interpersonal communication. After a year in medical school, I finally went on studying Intercultural Communication and International Trade, with experiences in the UK, Spain, the US, and China. Living 5 months in China definitely broadened my perspective, and allowed me to approach life in a more holistic and systemic way, in contrast to the highly compartmentalized Western approach.

Life opportunities led me to luxury hospitality, a sector where my need for excellence, my gift for connecting with people, and my thirst for performance were met within the Sales & Marketing Team. After 9 years of climbing the corporate ladder, moving to Greece, then Spain, successfully opening the first 2 properties of the group in Spain, and joining the Board of Directors of Iberia, I decided to fly solo and focus on what I know to do best: quickly assess/unblock situations, and support people in their personal growth." - Nathalie
